This is our 1st year anniversary and is about the vitally important work Founder and Co-Artistic Directors Ilya Gringolts and Ilan Volkov are doing for contemporary music and its place in music history.
So much has been achieved in 12 months and it doesn’t really stop here. We have a chance to make a difference to many individuals and their stories, and personally connect with great young talented composers.
This gala includes inspiring discussions and exciting short films including “meet and greet” with rising star composer Sky Macklay (2020 commission recipient) and supporting words from Mark Sattler, Dramaturg for contemporary music at the Lucerne Festival and celebrated cellist Maximilian Hornung. You meet Ilya Gringolts and Ilan Volkov together with their board members, Anna-Naomi Bandi-Lang, Dorothy Yeung and Davide Petrachi.
